These superfoods to help with alcohol detox and cravings. They are also just great for everyday health.
Sunflower seeds. These naturally raise your feel good hormone, dopamine.
Cayenne pepper. Add to your food to reduce alcohol cravings. Bonus effects may include boosting metabolism, reducing hunger, and aiding digestive health.
Spinach and parsley. You can't go wrong with green and leafy. These ones have the amino acid L-glutamine which helps decrease cravings.
Foods high in Vitamin B. Drinking alcohol depletes Vitamin B so be sure to eat foods containing high levels of this vitamin. Salmon, leafy greens, beans, and nutritional yeast are all great sources of Vitamin B.
