Hi, I'm Deb Masner

I’m an alcohol free badass and I help people practice not drinking. I wasn’t always this way, in fact I had many day ones and felt like I was broken because I just couldn’t manage to get my drinking under control. With lots of practice, patience and mindset changes I worked my way out of the drinking shame spiral and into an alcohol-free life. It’s a gift I want to give to you.

I know what you’re going through and I know you are not broken. Your body has just become so used to using alcohol to move towards pleasure and away from pain.


You’ve spent a lot of time practicing using alcohol, now take some to practice not drinking. You don’t have to be perfect. No one expects to learn a new language after one lesson. It takes time and repetition to change a habit. Take a 30 day break from alcohol and learn the tools to change your thinking about drinking.  

Some questions you might have.

How does this work?

You will be part of a private group in a non-social media platform you can access from your computer or a free app. You will get actionable, doable, and helpful lessons daily. There is a chat feature in the group that allows you to share pictures, questions, and wins. Once a week I do a live group call where you can get help with anything and learn from other members. It will be recorded and available to view on your own if you can’t make it.

Is this private?

Yes! Coming from the health care world, privacy is very important to me. Others will only see your first name and last initial. The platform I use is HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and GDRP (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant.

How is this different from all the other things I’ve tried?

This is about practicing not drinking using the tools and resources I give you. It’s not about perfection or shaming you if you do have a drink. It is all about learning why you drink and how you think. I go into a lot about mindset and thought shifting. Plus you will be in a small private group and have access to me at all times through email, chat or group sessions.

What if I fail and drink?

First, no shame and blame here! Second, the great philosopher Yoda says, “The greatest teacher failure is.” Anytime you make a “mistake” it means you’re learning and you’re trying and you’re doing. If you do drink, really think about what happened leading up to it, how you were feeling, how did it feel to drink, how much did you drink? Learn from it and keep going. Focus on the turnaround.

I’m soooo busy, how much time will this take?

Me too! I made this for people who are busy. The daily content takes about 15 minutes and the group call is 45 minutes once per week. You can do the content on your time through the private program online and in the free app. If you miss a group call it will be recorded and available to watch daily. Also, there are no expectations that you do it all. You can do as little or as much as you want. No pressure. This is meant to be helpful.

Do I have to stop forever?

This choice is completely up to you. The purpose of the Alcoholiday is for you to practice not drinking for 30 days. You may decide afterwards to live a life completely free of alcohol or you may choose to be a more mindful drinker.

Will insurance or my HSA cover this?

Possibly, check with your insurance company. Once you sign up for the Alcoholiday, you will receive an email receipt that you can include in any paperwork.
