The house is located in Des Moines, Washington, a 20-minute drive from the Seattle-Tacoma airport

What will be doing?
This is a long weekend away to be truly alcohol free and learning to find your purpose and meaning. We will have daily activities that include journaling, mindfulness, purpose driven exercises, yoga, nutritious meals and more. You will also have quiet time to take a walk along the boardwalk or reflect in your private room. It's an opportunity to have fun without drinking- roast smores on the deck, have mocktail happy hour, soak in the hot tub, and talk and laugh with your new friends.

Who is invited?
This retreat is open to women only who are wanting to live life fully without alcohol. You don't have to be completely sober to attend but the weekend will be completely alcohol free. The retreat will have a maximum of 10 women.

Can I bring a friend?
If you want to share the Deluxe King or Deluxe Queen rooms with a friend, contact me for pricing.
